With more than 10 years of experience in Software Engineering, I’m currently one of the Directors of Engineering at OutSystems. In the first years of my career, I had the opportunity to work as a Software Engineer both on the frontend and backend while developing and supporting the OutSystems Platform. In 2015, I started my path in the management track, at that time as a Team Leader, going all the way until eventually become a Director of Engineering. Regardless of my role, I'm passionate about solving problems, technologic related or not, that’s what motivates me the most.
